Streaming FFT

Streaming FFT is a high-performance FFT library for SIMD microprocessors, currently supporting SSE, AVX and NEON. Benchmark results show that Streaming FFT is about as fast as, or faster than, state of the art libraries such as FFTW and SPIRAL, and even vendor tuned libraries such as Intel IPP and Apple Accelerate.
